Shipping & Payment
Shipping
Delivery area: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands. We currently do not deliver to other countries, for example Switzerland.
Shipping costs: Shipping within Germany is free. For all other delivery countries, we charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order.
Shipping carrier: DHL.
Dispatch: We dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it.
Delivery: DHL usually delivers within 1-3 working days (Germany) or 4-5 working days (Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands) after handover to DHL. The delivery time is therefore usually 3-5 working days (Germany) or 6-7 working days (other countries) after we receive your order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You can also pay with PayPal.
Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, completing the required verification steps. Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" service on a supported device, completing the required verification steps. Bancontact
In cooperation with Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the "Bancontact" payment method. This requires that your bank account supports payment via Bancontact. The payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the secure environment of your bank, where you can initiate the payment after logging in to your online banking account.
eps bank transfer
eps bank transfer is the online payment method of Austrian banks. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the secure environment of your bank, where you can initiate the payment after logging in to your online banking account. Your account is debited immediately after you place your order.
iDEAL | Wero
iDEAL is the online payment method of Dutch banks. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the secure environment of your bank, where you can confirm the payment. Your account is debited immediately after you place your order.
PayPal
Just a few steps to pay:
- Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
- If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and make the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by direct debit via PayPal or by credit card via PayPal.
- You will then be redirected back to us (www.cleverstation.de).
