Lenovo Tab: Which wall mount fits which model?

M series, P series, Idea Tab and Tab One: the ranges at a glance

The Tab M series is Lenovo's everyday range in sizes from 8 to 11 inches and is in high demand as a wall tablet for smart home, kitchen or calendar. The Tab P series is the higher range with larger displays. The Idea Tab models are the newer range with 11 to 12.7 inches. The Tab One is the compact model with 8.7 inches. For the mount, the range itself does not matter; what counts is the exact model with its generation.

• Tab M series: Tab M8 4th Gen (8 inch), Tab M9 (9 inch), Tab M10 3rd Gen (10.1 inch), Tab M10 Plus 2nd Gen (10.3 inch), Tab M10 Plus 3rd Gen (10.61 inch), Tab M11 (11 inch)
• Tab P series: Tab P11 1st Gen (11 inch), Tab P11 2nd Gen (11.5 inch), Tab P12 (12.7 inch)
• Idea Tab: Idea Tab (11 inch), Idea Tab Plus (12.1 inch), Idea Tab Pro (12.7 inch)
• Others: Tab One (8.7 inch), Lenovo Tab (10.1 inch, TB311)

Pay attention to the generation and suffix in the name: the Tab M10 Plus exists in a 2nd and a 3rd generation with different housings, and the Tab M10 3rd Gen is yet another device. Our mount for the Tab M10 Plus 3rd Gen is therefore not intended for the Tab M10 Plus 2nd Gen, even though the names differ by only one digit.

Identifying the model number reliably

The most reliable way to the right mount is the model number. Lenovo tablets usually carry a model number starting with "TB", for example TB330 for the Tab M11 or TB305 for the Tab One. You will find it in two places:

• In the settings: usually under "About tablet" next to the model name or model number.
• On the back: on most devices in the small print on the housing.

Especially within the M10 family, the TB number brings clarity because the devices look similar from the outside. Slide-in, enclosure or picture frame?

Our mounts for Lenovo Tab come in up to three lines. The slide-in mount for Lenovo Tab lets you slide the tablet in and take it out again, handy if it sometimes goes to the kitchen with you. The enclosure mount for Lenovo Tab holds the tablet in a screwed frame for permanent installation, for example as a smart home hub: display and front camera remain freely usable, the side buttons are covered by the frame. The picture frame mount for Lenovo Tab makes the tablet look like a framed picture on the wall. With all lines, charging is done via your own charging cable, which is routed concealed inside the mount to the tablet.
