Samsung runs two large tablet lines in parallel: the S series and the A series. Add display sizes from 8.7 to 12.4 inches plus suffixes like Lite, FE and Plus - and from the front, many models look confusingly similar. A wall mount, however, has to fit the exact model, because housing dimensions, camera position and connector differ from model to model. S series or A series: the difference
The S series is Samsung's premium tablet line with higher-quality displays and more performance; many models come with the S Pen included. The A series is the more affordable everyday line and is especially popular as a wall tablet for smart home, kitchen or calendar use. For the mount, the series itself does not matter - what counts is the exact model. A Galaxy Tab A9 Plus and a Galaxy Tab S9, for example, both have an 11-inch display, but different housings. That is why we make every mount in Germany using 3D printing, precisely fitted to your device.
Galaxy Tab S series: models we make mounts for
In the collection for the Galaxy Tab S series you will currently find mounts for these models (as of August 2026):
- Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (10.4 inch)
- Galaxy Tab S7 FE (12.4 inch)
- Galaxy Tab S9 (11 inch)
- Galaxy Tab S9 FE (10.9 inch) and Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus (12.4 inch)
- Galaxy Tab S10 Lite (10.9 inch) and Galaxy Tab S10 Plus (12.4 inch)
Pay attention to the suffix in the name: FE, Lite and Plus stand for separate housings. Our mount for the Galaxy Tab S9 therefore does not fit the Galaxy Tab S9 FE, even though the two are hard to tell apart at first glance.
Galaxy Tab A series: models we make mounts for
The A series is currently represented in the collection for the Galaxy Tab A series with these models (as of August 2026):
- Galaxy Tab A7 (10.4 inch) and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite (8.7 inch)
- Galaxy Tab A8 (10.5 inch)
- Galaxy Tab A9 (8.7 inch) and Galaxy Tab A9 Plus (11 inch)
- Galaxy Tab A11 (8.7 inch) and Galaxy Tab A11 Plus (11 inch)
The same applies here: the same display size does not mean the same housing. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, the Galaxy Tab A9 and the Galaxy Tab A11 all measure 8.7 inches, but each needs its own fit. The current selection in the respective collection is always what counts.
Identifying the model number with certainty
The most reliable way to the right mount is the model number. Galaxy Tabs carry a model number that usually starts with "SM-", such as SM-T or SM-X followed by digits. You will find it in two places:
- On the back: on most devices in the small print on the housing.
- In the settings: usually under "About tablet" next to the model name.
Precisely because the A series and S series look so similar on the outside, the SM number provides certainty: it is unique for each model and reliably shows you which Galaxy Tab you have. With the model identified, our model finder then shows you whether a matching mount is available for your Galaxy Tab - and takes you straight there.
Slide-in, enclosure or picture frame?
Our mounts come in three variants. The slide-in mount lets you insert the tablet and remove it at any time - practical if your Galaxy Tab also joins you on the couch now and then. The enclosure mount holds the tablet in a screwed-on frame for permanent installation, for example as a smart home hub: the display and front camera remain usable, while the side buttons are covered by the frame. In addition there is the mount in picture frame design: your Galaxy Tab sits behind a passe-partout and frame and looks like a framed picture on the wall. With all variants, charging works with your own charging cable, which - depending on the version - runs concealed to the tablet through the side cutout or the cable channel.
